Our consulting services come in 4 different packages from a 5-day high level BPM Maturity Assessment, providing a short preview of the value of adopting a BPM culture, with a more in-depth view ranging from a 10, 30 or 90 Day engagement to document and analyze how your business operates. It’s an independent Reality Report on the state of your business processes and how an adjustment to visual representation and improved analytical capabilities can help you ‘see’ your business for what it is and, given a few tips, what it could look like. If your operational processes were hierarchically structured with clear accountability boundaries and, most importantly, structured to make analysis of performance a lot easier, this is the framework for optimal performance.

Training

Many businesses are still functional-driven operations. The reality is, we create value & provide better service when we all work together across all functional areas – operating with a process-centric, cross-functional purpose. To do this we need to know the best practices for capturing and presenting our business in a process-driven methodical way.

To this end, we offer a comprehensive training portfolio that gives high level to in-depth education, training and coaching on the values of adopting a process-centric mindset from the CEO all the way to the Operative. From a short presentation for C-level audiences, or a 4-hour workshop for Business Managers and SME’s to a 1-day BPM Culture/Process Re-design & Mapping Standards training for Business Analysts. It’s an education portfolio catering for all levels. In addition, for those wanting to map their own processes effectively, our portfolio offers a 2-day Process Modelling course to give best practice for process capture and framework/hierarchy, irrespective of mapping tool preferred, including standards for BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation), the most popular choice of process representation to depict ‘what’ and ‘how’ a business functions.
