Assess Their Effectiveness

Include accountabilities for each element of the areas scoped and identify the quality of the documented processes, the inconsistencies, gaps & duplications and how accurately these are at reflecting current operational activities

Report What Needs Fixing

Present findings, highlighting areas of misalignment. Outline the next steps required to model the clarity and definition of the AS-IS operation with recommended analytical focus areas and how these can be created. Provide a framework for TO-BE redesign

5-day Business Process Reality Report

We will first model the business strategy and create the supporting graphical business model that will achieve this. Next we create the AS-IS process hierarchy of Levels 1-3 one agreed key operational area and produce the findings in a Process Reality Report. This will document the gaps, duplications and misalignments found. The report would outline guidelines for next steps to extend to other operations areas or fix the problems in one key area first. From this we offer additional services to expand this into other parts of your business with a 30, 60 and 90 day package.
